Festival Rules 

§ 1 1 DEFINITIONS

1. These Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations," govern the terms and conditions of participation for In The Palace (Family Reunion) music festival, in particular the safety rules, admission to the festival, and the organization of the festival.

2. Whenever the Regulations refer to:

a) Organizer, this shall mean: PBN SP. z. o. o (limited liability company), with its registered office in Leszno (64-100), at 3 Dekana.

b) "Ticket," this shall mean: a document entitling the holder to entry and participation in the festival to the extent specified in detail in this document and the Regulations for the Use of the Electronic Ticket Sales System. d) Festival shall be understood as: The music event held under the name In The Palace (Family Reunion) (hereinafter referred to as the Festival) from July 24, 2026, to July 27, 2026, in Chocicza, a village in west-central Poland, Greater Poland Voivodeship, Sroda County;

c) Festival Venue shall be understood as: Las Palace at Parkowa 3, 63-041 Chocicza, Poland, or any other location to which the Festival may be moved for important reasons, which will be publicly announced before the Festival begins;

d) Festival Participant shall be understood as an adult individual participating in the Festival on the basis of a Ticket.

e) Ticket Sales Regulations shall be understood as the Regulations for the use of the electronic ticket sales system published at bilety.sunrisefestival.pl.

f) "Security Services" means: persons appointed by the Organizer, including employees of security agencies, who identify themselves with an ID badge placed in a visible place containing: the exhibitor's name, identification number and photograph, validity period, and the exhibitor's stamp and signature, to ensure the safety of persons participating in the Festival on the Festival grounds and in areas designated by the Organizer. Within the scope of their authority, the Festival Security Services are authorized, in particular, to check Participants' access to the Event Venue, their sobriety, and intoxication.

3. These Regulations apply to all Festival Participants who will be on the Festival grounds during the Festival.

4. Each Participant staying on the Festival grounds during the Festival is obligated to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.

§ 2 GENERAL RULES

1. Admission to the Festival Grounds is granted to an adult (as defined in the Ticket Sales Regulations) possessing a Ticket and a document confirming compliance with the age requirement.

2. Admission to the Festival Grounds is granted only to Participants with valid QR code tickets issued by Stage24.pl.

3. Admission to the Festival Grounds is granted only to the person whose name is indicated on the ticket and whose personal data has been positively verified by security personnel.

4. The admission ticket is for single use only. Upon entering the event grounds with a ticket, participant will proceed directly to the check in kiosk where they will present ticket to staff, whereby a weekend or single day wristband will be issued. Single day Festival Participants will be permitted to re-enter the event grounds after leaving only if they do so on same day their wristband indicates (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), Weekend Festival Participants are allowed to leave and re-enter the event grounds under the same circumstances .

5. Tickets for participation in the Festival are sold online at stage24.pl. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the Festival box office from July 14 to July 26, 2026. 

6. Transferring tickets to third parties, whether for a fee or free of charge, is prohibited, in particular reselling tickets at auctions, biddings, or in any other manner that indicates the profit-making nature of such resale. Any public offering of ownership of tickets, including prizes in competitions, lotteries, bonus sales, or any other promotions, even if free of charge, is prohibited, unless the Organizer provides prior consent.

7. Tickets may only be sold at the price set by the Organizer. Violation of the above prohibition constitutes an offense specified in Article 133 of the Code of Petty Offenses of May 20, 1971.

8. Tickets purchased from sources other than those specified in this section will not be accepted, and persons using them will not be admitted to the Festival grounds. Any exceptions must be made by contacting the organizer through official festival inquiry.

9. If a disabled person and their guardian intend to participate in the Festival, each of them is obliged to purchase Tickets.

10. The Organizer reserves the right, in accordance with the provisions of the Act, to refuse entry to the Festival Grounds or to order immediate departure from the Festival to:

a) Persons subject to a court ruling prohibiting entry to a music festival or obliging them to refrain from staying in music festival, issued by a court against a convicted person in connection with a conditional suspension of a prison sentence or against a minor pursuant to Article 6, point 2 of the Act of 26 October 1982 on Juvenile Proceedings, as well as persons subject to a foreign or club ban within the meaning of the Act,

b) persons who refuse to submit to the following procedures:

• verification of their eligibility to be at the Festival,

• identification to establish their identity and determine their age,

• presentation of the contents of their luggage and clothing, if there is a suspicion that they are carrying or possessing dangerous items, in particular weapons, sharp instruments, prohibited substances, or alcohol. The Security Service is authorized to assess items and classify them as dangerous.

• enable the Security Service to determine the authorization of individuals to be present at the Festival,

• failure to comply with requests to leave the Festival Grounds;

• failure to comply with the Security Service's instructions by individuals disturbing public order or behaving in violation of the regulations of a mass event;

c) individuals visibly under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or other substances with a similar effect;

d) individuals in possession of weapons or other dangerous items, explosives, pyrotechnic products, fire-hazardous materials, alcoholic beverages purchased from locations other than those designated by the Organizer, narcotics, or psychotropic substances;

e) individuals behaving aggressively, provocatively, or otherwise posing a threat to public safety or order. f) persons without a valid document authorizing participation in the Festival,

g) persons wearing shoes with metal tips,

h) persons whose appearance prevents identification,

i) persons in possession of plastic, glass, or metal containers or cans, etc.,

j) persons without an ID document,

k) minors (Unless expressly coordinated with event organizer, with the understanding that the accompanying parent or guardian will solely be responsible for the conduct and safety of minor)

§ 3

1. Each person who purchases a Ticket to the Festival is required to read the regulations. Purchasing a Ticket constitutes acceptance of the Regulations and their provisions without reservation.

2. Festival Participants acknowledge that by participating in the Festival, they will be constantly exposed to loud sounds that may cause hearing impairment. Strobe lights and other lighting and sound effects will be used during the Festival.

3. The Organizer, to the extent specified by the Act and implementing regulations, is authorized to record the course of the Festival, in particular the behavior of individuals, using audio and video recording devices.

4. By purchasing a Ticket and participating in the Festival, Festival Participants acknowledge that the Organizer also records the course of the Event for documentation purposes and for the promotion or advertising of the Event and events in future years for the Organizer and sponsors. 

5. By participating in the Festival, each Festival Participant consents to their image being recorded at the Festival Venue and to the subsequent dissemination of the recorded image for documentation, reporting, advertising, and promotional purposes. 

6. The Organizer will immediately forward any materials collected during the recording of the Festival that may constitute evidence allowing the initiation of criminal proceedings or misdemeanor proceedings, or evidence relevant to ongoing such proceedings, to the district prosecutor with jurisdiction over the Event Venue or to the Police. Materials collected during the recording of the Festival that do not contain evidence allowing the initiation of criminal proceedings or misdemeanor proceedings, or evidence relevant to ongoing such proceedings, and that are not used for advertising purposes, will be stored after the conclusion of the Event for a period of at least one month and then destroyed by a commission.

§ 4 FESTIVAL ORGANIZATION

1. The Festival each day begins at: 2:00 PM

2. The Festival is scheduled to end each day at: 3:45AM Friday-Saturday; 3:30AM Saturday-Sunday; 10PM Sunday.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Festival start and end times without providing a reason.

4. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Festival without providing a reason. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will refund the ticket purchase costs to Participants under the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules and Regulations and the Rules and Regulations for the Use of the Electronic Ticketing System available on the website: stage24.pl.

5. The Organizer advises that holders of Glamping/Camping Passes to arrive at the Festival venue at least 2 hours in advance of event start time in order to check in and set up their tents or settle in to their assigned Glamping tent.

6. The Organizer advises that a map of the Festival grounds, along with the program for each day of the Festival, is available on the Festival website and free of charge at the entrance to the Festival grounds on each day of the Festival.

§ 5 FESTIVAL CANCELLATION, CHANGE OF TIME, LOCATION

1. Tickets do not entitle to a refund or exchange, except in the event of cancellation of the Event, change of date or location (this does not apply to changes of location within the same location), and subject to the provisions of the Ticket Sales Regulations.

2. The User is obligated to retain their Ticket Purchase Proof to obtain a refund referred to in paragraph 1 above.

3. In the event of cancellation, change of program, time, or location of the Event, the Organizer will notify the User by posting appropriate information on the website www.inthepalacefestival.com 

4. Provisions regarding complaints and refunds are contained in the Ticket Sales Regulations.

5. The Organizer is not liable for the consequences of force majeure or third parties.

6. The Organizer is not liable for the User providing an incorrect or false mailing address. 

7. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Festival program without giving any reason and without incurring any liability to the Participant.

§ 6 FESTIVAL SAFETY

1. The Organizer ensures the safety of those attending the Event and maintains order during the Festival, including through:

a) Security Services with distinctive attire, properly trained to perform assigned duties related to the security of music events;

b) providing medical assistance and hygiene and sanitary facilities;

c) changing the Festival location to another location if necessary, without providing a reason.

2. Festival participants and all other persons present at the Festival Venue are obligated to follow the instructions of the Security and Information Services.

3. Festival participants and all other persons present at the Festival Venue are obligated to behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety of other persons present at the Festival, and in particular, to comply with the provisions of the Rules and Regulations.

4. Festival participants and all persons present at the Festival Venue are obligated to possess a valid document entitling them to participate in the Festival – a Ticket. A Participant without a Ticket will not be admitted to the Festival Venue or will be expelled from the Festival Venue.

5. The Organizer will designate the Festival zones in accordance with the Plan announced prior to entry to the Festival, in particular:

a) Technical and social facilities,

b) Sectors, audience – the mass event area,

c) VIP Zone (Green Room),

d) Main entrances and exits,

e) Permanent security points,

f) Food and beverage areas – designated and closed food and beverage areas where alcohol is sold are excluded from the event area, and alcohol purchased there may only be consumed in these zones.

6. The Organizer ensures fire safety by ensuring that:

a) service staff, Security Services, and the Organizer must be familiar with the location of portable fire extinguishing equipment and hydrants, as well as the procedures to follow in the event of a fire;

b) Security Services must be trained in: evacuation procedures, how to alert the fire department, the use of portable fire extinguishing equipment, and first aid.

8. Security Services may issue their own safety and fire safety instructions in accordance with applicable law.

9. During the Festival, the Organizer and Festival Participants, as well as other persons present on the premises, undertake to comply with the provisions of the Act on Upbringing in Sobriety and Counteracting Alcoholism.

§ 7 SECURITY SERVICES

1. Security Services, displaying a visible ID, are authorized in accordance with the provisions of the Act to:

a) verify the authorization to be present at the Festival;

b) check the identity of individuals to determine their identity;

c) inspect the contents of luggage and clothing of individuals if they suspect that they are carrying or possessing dangerous items, narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, or other items threatening human life and health;

d) determine the authorization of individuals to be present at the Festival, and if they lack such authorization, request them to leave the Festival;

e) issue order to individuals disturbing public order or behaving in violation of the rules of mass events, and if they fail to follow these orders, request them to leave the Festival; f) use physical force in the form of incapacitating holds and similar defense techniques in the event of a threat to property entrusted to protection or to repel an attack on a member of the Security Service or another person, pursuant to the principles set forth in Article 38 of the Act of August 22, 1997, on the Protection of Persons and Property (Journal of Laws No. 114, item 740, as amended).

g) apprehend, for immediate transfer to the Police, individuals posing a direct threat to human life or health, as well as protected property.

2. The Security Service is obligated to remove from the Festival Grounds individuals whose behavior disturbs public order or violates the Rules.

3. Members of the Security Service may be equipped with, among other things:

a) hand-held metal detectors,

b) ticket templates,

c) other necessary and legally permitted personal protective equipment.

4. The Security Service will determine a Festival Participant's right to be present at the Festival by:

a) verifying whether the Festival Participant possesses a valid Ticket,

b) comparing the presented Ticket with a specimen.

5. If the contents of the luggage or clothing being inspected contain items that are prohibited from being brought into or possessed at the Festival, the Security Service will refuse entry to the event or remove the person found to be in possession of these items from the Festival venue.

6. If the contents of the luggage or clothing being inspected contain weapons or other dangerous items, alcoholic beverages, explosives, pyrotechnics, fire hazards, narcotics, or psychotropic substances, the Security Service will apprehend the person whose luggage or clothing was inspected and, after retrieving the items, will prepare a report of this action and then hand the person over to the Police along with the items. 

7. Persons who are refused entry to or stay at the Festival or Participants removed from the Festival Area in accordance with the Regulations or the Act due to their violation are not entitled to a refund of the Ticket price.

§ 8 PROHIBITIONS

1. The following are prohibited from entering the Festival Area:

a) bringing audio-video recording equipment, with the exception of cameras: digital cameras with a sensor of up to 5 MPix and traditional amateur compact cameras and mobile phones with audio-video recording functions. Photographic equipment suitable for professional use is prohibited, such as 35mm SLR cameras, digital SLR cameras, medium and large format cameras, cameras with interchangeable lenses, etc.

b) bringing dangerous items, including weapons, firecrackers, flares,

c) bringing alcohol and intoxicants, including psychotropic substances,

d) bringing one's own beverages,

e) bringing closed packages, parcels, etc.

f) bringing dangerous items that pose a threat to human life or health, or whose misuse poses a threat to human health and life,

g) bringing dogs and other animals into the Festival Area; 

2. It is prohibited to destroy signs and information boards, advertising media, devices and equipment located at the Event Venue, etc.

3. It is prohibited to obstruct or otherwise block exits and evacuation routes, access routes for emergency services, fire hydrants, and other equipment necessary for rescue or firefighting operations.

4. Participants are required to use the sanitary facilities only for their intended purpose.

5. It is prohibited to conduct any commercial or other profit-making activities, as well as advertising or promotional activities, on the Festival Grounds without the Organizer's authorization.

6. Festival Participants are hereby notified of their criminal liability under the Act, which states:

a) Anyone who fails to comply with a security order issued pursuant to the Act or the Regulations by the Organizer or the Security or Information Services shall be subject to arrest, restriction of liberty, or a fine.

b) Anyone who brings or possesses weapons, other dangerous items, explosives, pyrotechnics, or fire-hazardous materials to the Event shall be subject to arrest or restriction of liberty.

7. The Organizer does not maintain a safe deposit box for items whose entry and possession during the Festival is prohibited.

§ 9 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. All rights to the Festival name and logo are reserved to the Organizer. Official programs and merchandise related to the Festival will be sold exclusively at the Festival Grounds or at points of sale authorized by the Organizer.

2. The final interpretation of these Regulations rests solely with the Organizer.

3. These Regulations are available:

a) on the website,

b) at information desks at the Festival Grounds,

c) at ticket offices at the Festival Grounds,

4. Correspondence to the Organizer should be addressed to: PBN SP. z. o. o, 3 Dekana, 64-100 Leszno, Poland.

5. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Act shall apply.

6. These Regulations enter into force on 13 April 2026.
