I. Processing of personal data
Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 119/1 of 04.05.2016), Rozporządzenie o Ochronie Danych Osobowych (GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation) is data protection legislation that applies in all EU countries, hereinafter referred to as “RODO”, PBN sp. z.o.o informs that:
1) The administrator of the Participant’s personal data is the PBN sp. z.o.o based in Leszno, Poland (64-100) at 3 Dekana;
2) The personal data will be processed:
for the purpose of and in connection with the Participant’s voluntary participation in In The Palace (Family Reunion), in particular in connection with the necessity of the Participant’s registration and communication (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) RODO);
for the purpose of bookkeeping and tax records (Article 6(1)(c) RODO);
in the event of possible disputes, personal data may also be processed for the purpose of asserting claims or defending PBN sp. z.o.o rights (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO),
which is the so-called legitimate interest of pursuing claims and defending PBN sp. z.o.o rights;
1) The recipients of personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data under separate laws, authorized employees/co-workers of PBN sp. z.o.o, providers of technical and organizational services;
2) personal data will not be transferred to a recipient in a third country or international organization;
3) personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years counted from the termination/expiration of the Agreement, and in the case of data processed on the basis of consent – until its revocation; personal data processed for the purpose of making settlements will be stored by PBN sp. z.o.o for the period of storage of accounting and tax documentation resulting from the provisions of the law; data processed for the purpose of claiming claims (e.g. in court proceedings) will be stored for the period of limitation of claims resulting from the provisions of the Civil Code;
4) The participant has the right to access the content of his/her data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
5) The Participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, in case PBN sp. z.o.o considers that the processing of personal data concerning the Contractor by PBN sp. z.o.o violates the provisions of the RODO;
6) providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data in may result in the Participant’s inability to participate in the event;
7) no automated decisions (decisions without human involvement) will be made against the Participant, including data will not be subject to profiling.
